Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, utilizing expertise in Java Full Stack Development. - Develop and deploy applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex requirements, employing problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript and Angular. - Solid understanding of coding standards and best practices. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
