Summary: As an Application Lead for Machine Learning, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with Amazon SageMaker to develop and deploy machine learning models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting detailed analysis of complex data sets, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models using Amazon SageMaker and associated libraries. - Design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex data sets, employing statistical methodologies and data munging techniques for actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in diverse machine learning algorithms, including experience in implementing various algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon SageMaker. - Proficiency in Python and associated libraries. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
