Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including developers, testers, and project managers. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application development, including security, scalability, and performance. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of application development best practices and standards, including security, scalability, and performance. - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - The candidate should possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
