Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of modernizing financial systems through the implementation of advanced SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with a team of developers, overseeing system testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that data integration with other IT components is seamless. You will also engage in designing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. - Proficient in system testing and troubleshooting methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
