Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Standard Edition. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Standard Edition. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Standard Edition. - Experience in leading the effort to develop and deploy applications. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
