Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP CRM Sales and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP CRM Sales as the primary skill. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP CRM Sales. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP CRM Marketing. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and standards. - Experience in project management, including developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CRM Sales. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
