Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in SAP for Oil & Gas, you will contribute to the success of the project and drive innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in SAP for Oil & Gas - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas - Strong understanding of SAP for Oil & Gas - Experience in designing and configuring applications using SAP for Oil & Gas - Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in SAP for Oil & Gas - Hands-on experience in leading application development projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas - This position is based in Kolkata - An Any Graduate degree is required
