Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Stibo Product Master Data Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Stibo Product Master Data Management solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all Stibo Product Master Data Management related issues. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. - Ensure that all Stibo Product Master Data Management solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Stibo Product Master Data Management solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other Master Data Management solutions. - Strong understanding of data modeling and database design. - Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management. - The JOB FAMILY GROUP for this position is Software Engineering. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
