Must have Skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components Good to Have Skills : Salesforce Development Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1: Lead a team of 8-10 developers 2: Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements 3: Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality 4: Conduct peer review, guide team members 5: Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget Technical Experience : 1: Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, SFDC Integration, Salesforce Integration, Sales-Service Cloud 2: Custom development using ForceCom 3: Min 3 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology 4: Lightning Development, Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation 5: Troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools Professional Attributes : 1: Should be good communication skills Educational Qualification: Additional Info :
