Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the successful implementation of applications within the specified timeline and budget. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, DevOps, Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and resilient applications using Apache Kafka. - Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. - Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Apache Kafka. - This position is based in Jaipur. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
