Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing application architecture, and overseeing the development and testing phases. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design application architecture and develop technical specifications. - Oversee the development and testing phases of the project. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud services and integration capabilities. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
