Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet business needs. - Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and services. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Database Administration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
