Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Contribute actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and quality standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. - Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
