Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, overseeing development activities, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. - Analyze user needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs. - Design and develop high-quality applications using React.js. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Oversee the entire application development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in React.js development. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. - Provide technical expertise and support to project stakeholders. - Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React Native for mobile app development. - Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme. - Knowledge of server-side rendering and Next.js framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 1 Minimum 15 years of Full-time Education is required.
