Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives. Your expertise in SAP ABAP Development will be crucial in driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP ABAP Development. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. - Support the testing and deployment of applications. - Provide post-implementation support and address user feedback and issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP objects, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
