Project Role : Lead Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and Lead the complex ETL data integration pipelines to meet business process and application requirements. Management Level : 9 Work Experience : 6 -10 years Work Location : Bengaluru Must have skills : SAP BusinessObjects Data Services Good to have skills : Data Modeling, Data Architect, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, PL/SQL, SAP HANA DB, Azure Fundamentals Job Requirements : ETL Development Sr Developer Key Responsibilities: 1) Work with functional SMEs, BAs to review requirements, field mapping documents from source to target 2) Converting requirements into high level and low level ETL design flow diagrams. 3) Create ETL jobs from scratch and implement medium to complex logic as per mapping document 4) Performance analysis of existing jobs, and work on enhancements based on new requirements. 5) Prepare FD, TD, UT, Cutover documentation Technical Experience: 1) Greater than 6 years of data integration, ETL Development experience and architecting complex ETL pipelines 2) Should have lead independently on ETL Development project at least 2 end to end development project. 3) Should have good understanding of ETL design concepts like CDC, SCD, Transpose/ pivot, Updates, Validation 4) Having worked with various file formats like xml, delimited, fixed width etc will be an added advantage. 5) Understand the concepts of data quality, cleansing, profiling Professional Attributes : 1) Should have Good communication skills and have confidence in speaking with stake holders. 2) Someone who can coordinate with teams and drive the development work. 3) Should be hands on Collaborative and professional attitude 4) Good in data and analytics to understand complex business requirements. Educational Qualification : 15 years of fulltime education with BE/B Tech or equivalent
