Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans, to ensure successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architecture and Integration. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development best practices and standards. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Experience in communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
