Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP ABAP Development. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP ABAP Development, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in SAP ABAP Development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform. - Solid understanding of SAP ABAP Development best practices and standards. - Experience with SAP development tools, including ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, and SAP HANA Studio. - Experience with SAP integration technologies, including IDOC, RFC, and BAPI. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP ABAP Development solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
