Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and maintain .Net Full Stack applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure .Net Full Stack applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring their growth and development. - Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing project timelines, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS and Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of database design and development, including SQL Server and Oracle. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
