Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for development teams. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). - Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and configuration. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. - Solid grasp of integration points between SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager and other SAP tools for system monitoring and performance tuning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
