Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team to perform. You will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Your role will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. In addition, you will be expected to be an SME in Informatica MDM and demonstrate your expertise in this area. Your typical day will involve overseeing the team's activities, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Informatica MDM - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Oversee the team's activities and ensure successful project delivery - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM - Experience with data integration and data quality processes - Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts - Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub and Informatica Data Director - Experience with data governance and data stewardship processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Informatica MDM - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
