Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the application development team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your team and other teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team - Manage the application development team and ensure successful project delivery - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope - Make key decisions regarding application design and functionality - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle - Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions - Support the testing and deployment of applications - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management - Experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles - Familiarity with software development tools and technologies - Understanding of quality assurance and testing processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
