Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP CO Management Accounting to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP CO Management Accounting applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP CO Management Accounting, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP CO Product Cost Controlling. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. - Solid grasp of SAP integration with other modules, including FI, MM, and SD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
