Summary: Job Description: The incumbent is responsible will be responsible for applying the organizations MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the companys vision, and supporting the MDM implementation using Informatica platform technologies. The responsibilities of the developer include: Hands on experience of working with Informatica MDM hub console, IDD/e360 and Provisioning Tool. Having ability to design the data model (logical/physical) for mastering enterprise data Experience in configuring creating custom Cleanse functions Experience in writing Java User Exits and PL/SQL is preferrable Can develop and translate business requirements and processes for data matching and merging, survivorship criteria, Relationships, Hierarchies, and data stewardship OOTB workflows. Experience in installing and upgrade of Informatica MDM Experience in code promotion to higher environments Ability to troubleshoot MDM issues by analyzing process/hub server logs and do RCA to fix them. As an Application Lead for Informatica MDM, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions. Your typical day will involve working with the Informatica MDM tool, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure successful delivery of Informatica MDM solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion of tasks. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity and impact. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Informatica MDM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Informatica MDM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle, and SQL Server. - Solid understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts. - Experience with data profiling, data quality, and data governance. - Experience with ETL tools and processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
