Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET is a must-have skill. - Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) is a good-to-have skill. - Strong understanding of application development best practices and standards. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
