Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP TM Transportation Management to deliver impactful solutions to our clients in Hyderabad. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP TM Transportation Management solutions for our clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP TM Transportation Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong understanding of SAP TM Transportation Management processes and best practices. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP TM Transportation Management solutions. - Solid grasp of SAP TM Transportation Management integration with other SAP modules. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP TM Transportation Management solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
