Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other Robotic Process Automation tools. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
