Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft SQL Server. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft SQL Server, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications, utilizing your expertise in Microsoft SQL Server. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their continued growth and development. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. - Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices. - Experience with database performance tuning and optimization. - Experience with ETL processes and tools. - Solid grasp of software development methodologies and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
