Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries, liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, utilizing your expertise in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and QM. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP and Agile. - Solid grasp of integration between SAP PP Production Planning & ControlProcess Industries and other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
