Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs. - Design and develop solutions that meet the requirements, considering scalability, performance, and security. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. - - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - - Experience in designing and developing applications using PeopleSoft PeopleTools. - - Knowledge of PeopleSoft application modules and their integration. - - Familiarity with PeopleSoft security and role-based access control. - - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
