Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Ensure the successful implementation of applications within the specified timeline and budget. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot. - - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - - Experience with web application development using Java EE technologies. - - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
