Summary: As a ServiceNow IT Service Management Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs. - Configure and customize ServiceNow IT Service Management modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Business Management, and ServiceNow IT Asset Management. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IT Service Management modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Experience in developing technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
