Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Financials Cloud Payables and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and configuration of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Provide expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud Payables, guiding the team in implementing and configuring the application. - Contribute to the development and customization of the application, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to the team, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. - Participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle Financials Cloud Payables, sharing knowledge with the team. - Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within the defined timelines, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud Payables. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials. - Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Financials Cloud Payables modules. - Knowledge of integration points between Oracle Financials Cloud Payables and other modules. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle Financials Cloud Payables. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design appropriate solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud Payables. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
