Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure the successful implementation and delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress, address issues, and provide updates. - Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving any issues that may arise during the project. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. - Additional Responsibility 2: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions for product compliance. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with other systems and applications. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA for product compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. - Recommendation 1: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Fiori apps and SAP Cloud Platform. - Recommendation 2: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data migration and data governance best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
