Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for application development. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders. - Additional Responsibility 1: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. - Additional Responsibility 2: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing responsive web applications using Angular. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TypeScript and Redux. - Recommendation 1: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Recommendation 2: Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
