Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP BTP Integration Suite. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BTP Integration Suite-based applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging of applications. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP BTP Integration Suite and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP BTP Integration Suite-based applications. - Strong understanding of SAP BTP Integration Suite architecture and related technologies. - Experience in conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging of applications. - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Solid grasp of software engineering best practices and standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
