Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP EWM, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for SAP EWM-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP EWM, including design, development, and implementation. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading SAP EWM projects, including managing teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP WM and MM modules. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. - Strong understanding of SAP EWM best practices and standards. - Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP and non-SAP systems. - Experience in developing and executing test plans, ensuring high-quality solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP EWM solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
