Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of application development and configuration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop application solutions that meet business needs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Oversee the development process and ensure timely delivery of applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vistex. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Application Packaging. - Strong understanding of application development and configuration. - Experience in designing and implementing application solutions. - Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks used in application development. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Vistex. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
