Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met. - Manage project resources, including developers, testers, and other team members, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as C#, SQL Server, and Azure. - Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies. - Experience with software development tools, such as Visual Studio and Git. - Solid grasp of software testing and quality assurance best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft ASP.NET. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
