Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. With your expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications and driving business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of applications within the specified timeline and budget. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading application development projects. - In-depth knowledge of SAP SD modules and their integration with other modules. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD functionalities. - Expertise in designing and implementing complex business processes in SAP SD. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP SD. - Knowledge of ABAP programming language. - Experience in data migration and system integration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
