Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the application development team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with multiple teams, make key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Your typical day will involve managing the team, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to key decisions to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the application development team to deliver high-quality projects - Manage and prioritize project tasks and resources - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum framework - Experience in leading and managing software development projects - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Scrum - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
