You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, you will contribute to the success of the project and drive innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Siemens Teamcenter - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices - Experience in application design, development, and configuration - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in application development - Hands-on experience in leading application development projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - Any degree is required
