Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the project, and providing technical expertise and guidance. With your strong leadership skills and extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Manage the project timeline, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful application development. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving any technical issues that arise. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code. - Perform system testing and debugging to identify and resolve any defects or issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the application development process. - Train and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle Cloud technologies. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management modules and functionalities. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management applications. - Experience in integrating Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain Management modules. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud security and data privacy standards. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud reporting and analytics tools. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Cloud applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 1-Bachelors/Btech/MCA/MBA or 2-Relevant experience minimum 7 years and above is required.
