Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and integration. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, .NET, and SQL Server. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
