Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working on Automation in Systems Integration and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Automation in Systems Integration solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including working with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to Automation in Systems Integration. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Automation in Systems Integration and apply them to project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Automation in Systems Integration. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Automation in Systems Integration solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based integration platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation in Systems Integration. - The JOB FAMILY GROUP is Technology & Information Architectures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
