Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs. - Develop and maintain technical specifications, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions. - Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional expertise. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and customization capabilities. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical specifications. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in providing technical guidance and support to team members. - Experience in delivering high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
