Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage the team and make decisions regarding team operations. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Responsible for team decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines. - Provide guidance and support to team members. - Monitor and evaluate team performance. - Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications on Microsoft Azure. - Knowledge of data storage and management solutions on Microsoft Azure. - Experience with data integration and migration on Microsoft Azure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
