Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management to deliver impactful solutions and ensure the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Environment Health & Safety Management solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the development of their skills and expertise. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management. - Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
