Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and testing process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Design innovative solutions that meet the project's technical and functional requirements. - Oversee the development and testing process, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring timely resolution. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and escalate any risks or issues. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend their adoption based on project requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
