Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve SAP BASIS Administration and ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring SAP applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of their skills and expertise. - Perform SAP BASIS Administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of the applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HANA Administration, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Security Administration. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring SAP applications, adhering to best practices and standards. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
